Shiv Ram Suthar is a determined and result-oriented software engineer with a passion for building great products that connect with the real world. With over 3 years of relevant experience, Shiv has developed his coding skills in a few professional environments and has created and implemented efficient applications and programs in freelance and manufacturing industries. Currently working as a Back End Developer at Relevel by Unacedemy, Shiv has hands-on experience in services such as Retool, AWS, AWS-S3, TypeForm, Cloudwatch, mix-panel, and webengage. He has also worked on S3-Migration, where he shifted AWS bucket and depreciated all hard-coded URLs from the application. Shiv has also worked on Coupled Rounds feature, which allows for relative evaluation by a single unity for better evaluation. He has also implemented in-house feedback to deprecate third-party feedback systems. Shiv has used Django and PostgreSQL for system development. In the past, Shiv has worked as a Full Stack Developer at ntalents, where he calculated proctoring score according to candidate action during exams and added complete flow automation for non-evaluation exams. He has also worked on security by adding JWT security for candidate and customer login. Shiv has maintained all three dashboards of the organization (Customer, Admin, and Candidate) and has hands-on experience in services such as Flask, AWS instance, Cloudwatch, etc. He has used Python Flask with templates and MySQL for system development. Shiv has also worked as a Freelance Full Stack Developer, showcasing his expertise in a variety of skills such as Python, mySQL, GoLang, ReactJS, CoreJAVA, mongoDB, mongo atlas, and MATLAB. He has a Master of Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur and a Bachelor of Technology degree from V.I.E.T.
